What is the Quality of the Products?
All of our products are of the Highest Quality Standard. Only Genuine Leather and Hand Stitched Premium Fibers  are used. 
How do I pay? / Why do my payments fail?
You must pay to complete your order. We work with STRIPE and Paypal as payment providers. This way, you can rest assured that your donors information is safe and secure.
Stripe is a PCI Service Provider Level 1 which is the highest grade of payment processing security.
Both Stripe and PayPal take security seriously. When you use Stripe, the credit card data entered into your payment form is never sent to our server. Instead, the data is sent directly to Stripe. Unsuccessful payments may be due to the missing or outdated card information you have identified in your Amazon or Paypal accounts; or your card limit may be insufficient. If you are certain that you do not have all these problems, you can contact Amazon Pay or Paypal to process your suspended payments.

How do I proceed throught the check out process?

Once you have finished adding items to your Shopping Cart, simply click the “Check Out” button on the Shopping Cart page and we will guide you through the check out process.

 

What is a fullfillment address?

The fulfillment address is your shipping address. If you have an international address, it is very helpful if you rewrite your address before you order to it.

 

Which Countries do we ship to? Is it Worldwide shipping?

Of course. We're shipping all over the world. Your products will be delivered to your address safely. You can follow up your orders instantly.

 

How Can I Track My Orders?

After logging into your account, the status of your checkout history can be found under Order History. For orders via registered postage, a tracking number (article tracking number) will be given to you after the receipt given from shipping company .

 

How Safe is My Personal Information?

Our site uses a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol to encrypt all personal information sent during the payment process. Our website does not want your card information and is not stored. Your card is secured by Amazon Pay and Paypal.
